Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website. However please mindful that images/photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view past orders and download their invoices by heading to the ‘Orders’ page on your eazyshop account.

How can I return an item?

Eazyshop aims to make your purchasing experience as easy as possible, however, we understand that some items are not always received as expected and need to be returned. Items purchased on the eazyshop website may be returned for exchange or a refund case by case as per our warranty and refund policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We’re always updating our site with the latest arrivals; we may not restock a particular item once sold out. Be sure to keep an eye on our New Arrivals in case anything catches your eye! Please do not hesitate to contact our friendly sales team at support@eazyshop.com.au who will happily help you look for an alternative product that will look right just right in your home.

Where can I ship my order?

We try our best to deliver the products to Australia wide. However, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverables for some products. An extra shipping fee will be charged for some products if the order can be delivered. Those orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically with email notification. Kindly contact your account manager at support@eazyshop.com.au for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order to be processed successfully.
